With the exception of a few homes located on Crocus Court you won’t find garages in Van Dorn Village but, you will find assigned surface parking and plenty of visitor parking. Like many neighborhoods in the Kingstowne area, Van Dorn Village is very conveniently located. There are two entrances to the community, one on South Van Dorn Street and one on Franconia Road. While the majority of the single family homes have 3 levels there are some floor plans with 2 levels and some that are split level with 4.
