Lake d’Evereux is located in the Kingstowne area of Alexandria, just off Telegraph Road. The neighborhood is home to 290 residences and was constructed between 1981 and 1986. Kingstowne Towne Center is less than 5 minutes by car and home to 2 grocery stores, over 25 dining options, Kingstowne 16 Movie Theater, and many retail locations. The Towne Center has a farmers market every Friday that runs from May to October. It starts at 4pm and ends at 7pm. Just up Telegraph Road is Hilltop Village Center, home to the sought after Wegman's grocery story, Burtons Grill, Green Turtle, LA Fitness, Dickey’s BBQ, Sprint, Verizon, First Impression Orthodontics, Hilltop Dental Care, and many other businesses.
